Drivers--Drivers of boats or PWC's must be at least 18
with a current driver's license or--
At least 16 with a current driver's license and
carrying a current and completed boater's education certificate
Renter is responsible for any and all drivers
Reservations
are confirmed only with the receipt of the renter’s credit card information, phone
number and address. A blank credit card imprint will be taken at the time of rental as a
damage deposit. Renter is 100% financially responsible for any and all damages to the boat
and equipment the credit card imprint will be used to pay for renter’s damages.
Cancellation
Policy-Any Reservations taken for Week Ends or
Holidays will require a $100.00 nonrefundable deposit! No deposit required
for week day reservations, week day reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the
rental time will be charged a $100.00 non-refundable fee to their Credit Card! Any
cancellations for weekend reservations between Memorial weekend and Labor Day week end
less than 48 hrs in advance of the reservation time will be charged full amount of
the reservation.
No refunds due to weather
Late
Fees--No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or early returns.
A late charge of twice the hourly rate
will be assessed for boats returned 10 minutes past the designated return time.
Cleaning
Fee of 50.00 may be collected at the discretion of the staff!
(Mud, sand, dog hair, trash etc...)
Maximum capacities for each craft must be strictly
adhered to!

Damages-
any and all damages to the craft, equipment or persons are the responsibility of the
renting party! All damage will be collected on the credit card provided by the renting
party immediately upon return!
(In cases of major damage it may take a few days to
determine the total costs)
